Use one clear process so that payment, access and privacy enquiries can be followed up safely.

What to include in your message

• The registration email address and customer or organisation name.
• Whether the enquiry concerns payment, access, password recovery, a technical fault or privacy.
• The date, package name and a screenshot without sensitive data, if useful.

Never send your password, bank PIN, card number, PayFast secrets or complete one-time access link by WhatsApp or email.

Expected process

1. GroeiWys aims to acknowledge the enquiry within two business days.
2. The account holder’s identity may first be reasonably verified.
3. Payment enquiries are checked against GroeiWys registration and PayFast records.
4. The outcome and any safe next step are confirmed in writing.

Self-service

• Sign in to an existing package.
• Reset a forgotten password.
• An already-used access email remains useful: open it again and sign in using the registration password.

Payments and refunds

WhatsApp may be used to request initial help. A formal refund request must, however, be sent from the registration email address to info@groeiwys.co.za. First read the cancellation and refund policy. PayFast handles the payment instrument; GroeiWys handles the package, access and the commercial decision on a request.

Privacy or security

Send formal POPIA requests by email with the subject “POPIA request”. An urgent security report may begin on WhatsApp. If you suspect that an access link or account has been exposed, do not include the secret value; ask GroeiWys to revoke sessions or links.
